1 Authorization & Agent ID Issuance
All sub-agents and recruitment partners must submit valid KYC documents (Aadhaar/PAN/Agency Registration) to receive an official Ellora Agent ID (e.g., EL-AGT-XXXX). Only candidates submitted through verified Agent IDs will be credited to the partner.
Agent IDs are unique and non-transferable.
Sub-agents can verify their active status anytime on our official website.
2 Candidate Integrity & Genuine Documentation
Sub-agents are strictly responsible for verifying the authenticity of candidate documents prior to submission.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of recruitment.
Any fake trade test certificates, forged passports, or false medical records will result in immediate termination of the Agent ID.
3 Prohibition of Excessive Candidate Fees
Zero Tolerance for Illegal Overcharging: Sub-agents are prohibited from charging candidates excessive or unauthorized fees beyond approved Ministry of External Affairs guidelines. Any partner found exploiting job seekers will face legal action and blacklisting.
4 Commission Settlement & Payout Policy
Commission structure for successful candidate placements is agreed upon prior to project deployment.
Payouts are processed within 7 working days following successful visa stamping and candidate flight departure.
In case of candidate abscondment or medical failure at overseas destination within the probation period (90 days), commission terms will be adjusted per MEA rules.
5 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Sub-agents must maintain complete confidentiality regarding client employer contracts, visa demand letters, and candidate personal data under applicable Indian data privacy regulations.
